What information would be helpful for the representative?
They will ask what type of business you have and the type of waster material you will be disposing, such as paper, cardboard, daily trash, construction debris, concrete or block, brush or landscaping. This will help determine the size of container you may require as well as how long you may need it for.
What dumpster sizes do you have?
We have 15, 20, and 30 yard dumpsters.
You are able to get a dumpster for any time periods.
In most cases we can have it delivered the same day.
What cannot go in the dumpster?
We can take almost anything. Not allowed in the dumpsters are paints, chemicals, batteries, hazardous waste, appliances, and tires. Special arrangements can be made for these items.
Can we get a cost quote before having the dumpster delivered?
Yes. We will quote before the container is delivered. There are no hidden fees.
You can make payment over the phone or when the dumpster is being delivered. We take cash, credit card, and checks.
What can the dumpster/container be used for?
The dumpsters have walk in doors that make it perfect for many different types of jobs. It can be used for junk removal, construction debris, roofing, yard clean ups, dirt, sand, and stone hauling, site clean up, metal recycling, spring cleaning and much much more.
When the dumpster is full can I call for another one?
Yes. Just call us and we will have the full one picked up and drop off an empty one ready for use. Remember not to fill the dumpster past the fill line marked on the side. We recommend that the dumpster be loaded with the heaviest items first and taken to the back of the dumpster. This will make it more efficient and easier to get more in the dumpster.
